  • Yes, children are allowed in the studio with adult supervision. There are many fragile props/ breakables in the studios so children must be monitored at all times. Children may not run or jump on furniture. We ask that voice levels are monitored in respect to other tenants in the building.

  • Unfortunately pets are not allowed in any of the studios at this time.

  • Yes there is free parking in front of the building and surrounding streets on a first- come first served basis. Saturday / Sunday parking tends to be full so plan to allot plenty of time to find a parking spot and get into the space.

  • Our elevator is currently out of service. All of the spaces are on the second floor so keep this in mind if you or guests need extra assistance with stairs.

  • Most studios have private restrooms located directly in the space. However there are also public restrooms in the building as well.

  • The Brick & Bright Loft windows face South and have tons of natural light throughout the day with periods of dreamy harsh light. The Bourbon & Bohemian Lofts face North providing even lighting throughout the day. However, they do not receive direct sunlight. The studios may be darker on gloomy days and near evening times. Don’t forget to plan for sunrise/ sunset hours for your rental time.

  • Unfortunately, early entry into the studio is not allowed. You will not be allowed entry into the studio until your official reservation start time. However, because we are near down town, we do recommend planning for any traffic delays and to find available parking.

  • East Ende Eclectic does NOT offer monetary refunds for cancelled reservations.

  • Yes, every one of our studios is equipped with cameras that we are constantly monitoring to ensure our rules are being followed. There are no cameras in the restrooms.

  • Boudoir photography is only permitted in The Baddie Room. Boudoir is not permitted in any of the Loft Spaces.
